history - the aps group synergy began over eighteen years ago when members of the present team found themselves working together for a regional industrial engineering design firm. bob scaglione was tasked with starting up a richmond, va satellite office to cater to the needs of central virginia’s widespread industrial community.
over the years the richmond group added multi-discipline talent from the region to create a successful full service design shop. in 2001, bob broke ranks to form aps, dedicated to a more client and goal oriented consulting approach.
aps was born of a core group of experts in their respective disciplines, who have come together to provide clients with the most cost effective, value added design support available in the market.
